we kindly invite you to observe our simple house rules, thoughtfully designed to create a serene and delightful experience for everyone dining with us.
- We recommend making a reservation to ensure availability, though walk-ins are welcome, subject to space.
- Children of all ages are welcome, and we are happy to accommodate families. Please note that strollers cannot be accommodated inside the restaurant.
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences in advance, and our kitchen will be happy to assist.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome; water bowls are available on-site.
- Outside cakes are not permitted; our chef would be delighted to create a bespoke cake for your celebration—please contact us in advance to discuss preferences and design.
- Bringing outside beverages is not allowed.
- To preserve our magical atmosphere and enchanting interiors, we kindly ask that you not bring balloons or other decorative items into the restaurant hall. Our space is already a celebration in itself!
- We offer wheelchair-friendly access and an accessible restroom (WC).
- We do not have private parking, but public street parking is available nearby.
- We welcome private dining and special occasions for groups; please contact us to discuss your event.
- We recommend smart casual attire; guests are welcome to express their personal style while maintaining a polished and respectful look.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant; designated outdoor areas are available in accordance with local regulations.
- Please note that our kitchen takes a daily break from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. During this time, we are happy to welcome you for drinks, coffee and desserts. Our full menu is available until 4:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM onwards.
